USERS

Access to and/or use of this portal owned by the WEBSITE OWNER, as the creator of the website, confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms and Conditions of Use set out herein. These conditions shall apply regardless of any General Terms and Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory.
